Delivery details

Orders placed before 3p.m. will be processed same working day.  You will receive notification via email when your order has been processed and you should expect your order to be dispatched within 24-48 hours after this notification.  Our delivery options and pricing can be seen below and apply to orders delivered to mainland UK.  For other countries or off-shore deliveries please contact us for a quote.

Free Delivery

Delivery is FREE on all orders over £50 delivered to a mainland UK address.  Orders under £50 in value are charged at the following rates:

• All order under £50 can be delivered via courier at a cost of £8.50 +VAT
• Orders under £25 but greater than £7.50 will cost £5 +VAT
• Orders under £7.50 will cost £2.50 +VAT

Delivery Methods

We utilise Royal Mail and Parcelforce for all UK mainland deliveries.  All orders can be shipped via Parcelforce, which gives a guaranteed 48-hour secure service, which is fully insured and can be tracked right up to your door!

Royal Mail is available as a delivery option for smaller orders under £25 in value.  All parcels are sent 1st class recorded.  All tracking numbers can be found once you have received your shipping confirmation email, by logging onto the site and viewing your past orders.
